Payment Method
At present we are unable to accept credit cards. Please make cheques payable to Agatha Vintage Housewares and write your card number, name and address on the reverse of the cheque. Please note you will need to allow five working days for cheque clearance.

Postage
All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery. Our standard charge for postage and packing is £3.00.

Delivery Times
We endevour to despatch your order on receipt of payment, however please allow 28 days during busy periods.

Overseas Orders
We are happy to send orders overseas, please contact us for delivery charges.

As there is only one item available, we advise that you phone ahead on

Nature of the materials
As we are recycling old fabrics there are sometimes slight flaws/marks in the material, although we obviously try to avoid these and use only the best areas of the piece, sometimes it is impossible. We like to think that it adds to their old day charm!

Refunds and Exchages
Every effort has been made to ensure that our products have been represented truthfully, however, if for any reason you wish to return or exchange your purchase please notify us as soon as possible. All products must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging within 14 days. We recommend that you return items via registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post.
